In the interest of our customers, we kindly ask you to read the terms, conditions and controls applied with local and international standards, and we call upon our valued customers to fully comply with them, and the customers must also fully abide by them. Terms and Conditions:
• The hotel management requires the guests to abide by the following procedures:
1- Identity card for every adult over 16 years old.
2- The marriage document or the national ID card of the wife, in which the name of the husband is mentioned.
3- Reservation document “voucher” from the company.
4- Children's birth certificate to be presented.
5- Passport for non-Egyptians and proof of residence in Egypt, if any.
• Hotel check-in starts at 14:00 two in the afternoon.
• Check-out from the hotel at 12:00 noon, as a maximum, and the client bears any costs that the hotel may impose as a result of the client's delay.
• Prices do not include any services other than those mentioned in the exchange voucher (Voucher Reservation).

Foreign Tourism
Terms and Conditions:
Responsibility for obtaining visas from the donor countries is the responsibility of the client with the help of the reservations officer of Al Mazen Tourism Company, and it is required that the client personally attends its travels. It should also follow:
The customer must have a valid passport for six months from the date of travel.
The expiry date of his passport must be acceptable to all countries he enters.
More information on passport and visa requirements can be obtained from the embassy of the country to which you are traveling, or from the foreign tourism official at Al Mazen Tourism Company.
• When applying for a tourist visa to any country in the world and it is rejected by the country to which you want to travel, the company is not responsible for that refusal and also does not recover the total value of the prepaid visa
• The customer bears all the expenses of the trip when he fails to travel abroad or in the event of not completing special papers such as a travel permit (or exemption from conscription) from the conscription area for males who are of conscription age or for any personal reason
• The prices of airline tickets offered may not include individual expenses such as departure taxes (charter flights), passenger service fees, or airport or port taxes, which are imposed by those authorities or aviation authorities or ports of the countries you are visiting. Religious tourism
Terms and Conditions:
• Full compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Tourism regarding the implementation of the mechanism of the Hajj and Umrah systems
